Plates made by embossing techniques are painted with three-dimensional cirrus patterns. This type of cirrus cloud is also known as 'Auspicious Cloud' in China, because ancient Chinese believed that clouds of this shape meant good luck and peace. There are two sizes of plates in this series, each with two colours of blue and cyan.
