Not goodbye, but ‘vi ses’!
Dear All,
Hope this message finds you well!
As many of you may have already heard, we are moving! The premises at Kungsängsgatan 7 has been cleared, cleaned and handed back to our landlord.
The main reason for this move is to make Yocha Studio a better place for both you, our customers and friends, and for us, the people who work there. Yocha was originally set up as a tea house and we then added simple food to our menu, however, the available kitchen facilities are not really suitable for what Yocha has become today. Consequently, we have decided to move somewhere where we can provide a better service for everyone. While the new premises is very close to being nailed down (signing should be completed this month), we are not announcing the address just yet, but for the moment we can say as follows:
-
It will be less than a couple of minutes walking distance from the Yocha you already know and love.
-
It will be bigger and better and provide more space for both our tea lovers and food fans to fully enjoy their time at Yocha.
-
It will take some months before we can open again due to various permission applications along with renovations, decoration work and so on. We don't have a precise timeline but, hopefully, we will see you all again around summertime!
-
We will continue our mission to provide only the most authentic teas, beverages and food, as well as the unique, friendly and personal service that we have become known for.
If you still happen to have gift cards for either the physical store or the online store, don't worry, they are valid as long as you have them. The physical store gift cards will be usable as soon as we are open again. We are currently working to improve our online store and hope to have more products available soon (right now, many are out of stock or low due to supply changes as we work on the transition). We will add an online tea section so you can continue to order your favourite teas, including matcha powder. This will also take a bit of time, but rest assured, we will make it happen as soon as we can, and we thank you for your patience and understanding.
Of course, we will keep you posted on the latest updates through ins.& fb: yochastudio. We’ll also keep in contact by email with all of you who are subscribed to our website: www.yochastudio.com.
Finally, we’d like to thank each and every one of our wonderful customers and friends for your support over the last four years; we wouldn’t have made it here without you. Whether it’s your comments, suggestions, appreciation (even the odd complaint ;) or just turning up with a smile - all of you have participated in this unique Yocha Studio endeavour with us. And that, for us, is how you've shown your love. With this held in our hearts, we’re determined to be back and continue the journey with you soon.
THANK YOU.
