At North-East Trade AB SE559266-1788 trading as Yocha Studio (www.yochastudio.com and www.yochastudio.se) you can find a wide range of carefully selected original designs from Asia. Our goal is to provide the best service and make sure you will be satisfied with your purchase with us.
Please keep in mind that when ordering in our online store, an agreement on purchase is made after your payment has been confirmed through an e-mailed order confirmation. The order confirmation is generated automatically without manual review. In the event of errors such as indication of price, delivery time etc. we reserve the right to correct afterwards. Please always make sure your confirmation is correct.
Prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and VAT is included. Delivery and shipping fee will be added. Please see below for details. Yocha will do its best to all information is accurate but cannot be held responsible for errors, such as price information, promotions, discount codes or product information that may occur online and in store.

Yocha Studio is responsible for the transport of goods; we always use Postnord for fast, safe deliveries. When the product has left us, you are welcome to contact Postnord for any questions about how the delivery is going. You can visit:

3.1 Delivery time
Our goal is for you as a customer to always receive ordered goods within 1-3 working days (Sweden) and 2-7 working days (Europe*) after your package has been sent from us. When ordering on weekends and public holidays, the goods are sent on the first non-holiday weekday.
*Currently delivery is available to the following countries: Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Spain, Portugal, France, the United Kingdom, Poland and the Czech Republic.
3.2 Shipping cost
Shipping costs may apply as follows:
SEK 59 (or free shipping for goods valued over SEK999 within Sweden)
SEK199 (or free shipping for goods valued over SEK2,999 within Europe*)
Please note that the above does not apply to large items of furniture which exceed certain dimensions and/or weights. For exact details on shipping costs for such products, please contact us at email@example.com
You can also choose to pick up your order delivery free of charge in our store.
3.3 Unclaimed packages
Your package will normally remain with the agent for 14 days after it has arrived, if you don’t collect your package within this time, the package will be returned to us and we will charge you a fee of SEK 250 for resending the shipment plus any administrative costs.
4. Rights of withdrawal, return and exchange
4.1 General information
At Yocha Studio, you always have a 30-day open purchase and a 30-day right of exchange when you shop in our online store. You can therefore return the product within 30 days of receiving it and get back the full amount you have paid. The product must then be in an unchanged condition - that is, it must not be used or unpacked. The product must be returned in the original packaging or equivalent and it is important that the product arrives to us in undamaged condition. In this type of return, you are responsible for the shipping costs and shipping safety. You also have the opportunity to return the product to our physical store.
Please note that the rights of withdrawal, return and exchange do not apply to any custom-made products.
The above is regulated in the Act on Distance Contracts and Contracts Outside Business Premises. You can read more about Swedish legislation on purchases at the Swedish Consumer Agency.
4.2 Right of withdrawal and return
You always have the right to withdraw your order within 30 days, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is calculated from the date when you receive the product. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send a form to you which should be completed and returned to us.
When you exercise the right of withdrawal we will refund all payments from you, including the cost of our standard delivery option, without undue delay and in any case no later than 30 days after you have notified your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method that you used for your order, without incurring any additional fees for you. However, Yocha has the right not to process any refund until we have received and approved the condition of the product.
If the return is handled at our physical store, proof of purchase is required in the form of a purchase receipt. Again, the product must be in unchanged condition - that is, it must not be used or unpacked. After our approval, we will refund you the full amount using the same payment method that you used to pay for the product, without incurring any additional fees for you.
You can exchange your product for another similar one within 30 days. This applies to either the same product in a different colour/ pattern or a different product but in all cases price must be the same. We suggest you contact us by email at email@example.com to discuss individual cases.

6. Force Majeure
Events such as war, natural disasters, industrial action, government decisions, non-delivery by subcontractors, costly circumstances and equivalent events beyond our control, which could not have been foreseen, are to be attributed to force majeure. This means that North-East AB is exempted from fulfilling its agreements in the event of such unlikely circumstances.
